A must-have support program

  You need to have Adobe AIR runtime on your computer in order to install and use the program. If you haven’t installed the runtime yet, you will be prompted about it when the ‘10_Q’ installation process starts. At the time of writing, the runtime can be downloaded for free from https://airsdk.harman.com/runtime (and previously from get.adobe.com/air/). Choose a desktop version of the runtime (AIR 30.0 or higher) which is compatible with your machine. Please look at the notes in the ‘readme’ file in the installation package which explain why it is advisable to install Adobe Air 33.1.1.744, rather than the most recent version.

  If administrative rights are required to install software on your office computer, you will need the assistance of your systems administrator for the installation of the Adobe AIR runtime and the program itself. Please read the ‘OS compatibility’ page for more details on the issue of folder permissions!
